Welcome to the 2016–2017 educational year at AU. The staff at accommodation & Dining Programs are excited that you have select to live with us this fall, and we are looking forward to a great year together. In fact, we’re spending the summer set up the house halls to ensure that everything is ready for your entrance. We would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the products and services accessible to you as a resident student. Our vendors provide both products that we transport to your room and store among educational years (e.g., bed lofts, refrigerators, and microwave units)—and services that enhance your house hall living experience (e.g., laundry services, safety and security choices, and a newspaper readership program). For your convenience, and to be environmentally pleasant, we’ve pulled jointly information about all of our vendors in this e-folder, which you can keep as a handy reference.
Bed lofts make 4 to 5 feet of extra space under your bed for other usable space and will be preinstalled. Note: This service is accessible in all house halls except Centennial, Nebraska, and Berkshire Apartments. AU will provide lofts to students assigned to a passing triple. Students are not allowable to bring or make lofts.
The AU Campus Store serves the entire AU society, with prospective and current students and alumni. Located in Butler Pavilion and too online, it’s your one-stop shop for course books, computer items, AU apparel, and gifts. This year, the campus store is launching value packs for students to meet essential necessities, such as bedding, bath, and other. Value packs are accessible in different sizes and styles to match the individuality of your student.
